Oversees all dispatching operations in order to ensuring customer satisfaction, minimize costs and promote safety. Manages the day-to-day activities within dispatch center within the framework of established policies and procedures. Responsible for the staffing level of the department and recommends and implements solutions for greater customer satisfaction. Provides leadership to handle complex customer situations and escalation concerns and determines resolution related to the order placement and scheduling processes. Facilitates timely and accurate communication between customers, terminals and drivers.

Required Education/ Work Experience: Bachelor's/Undergraduate Degree with 3 years’ experience or High School Diploma / GED and 5 years’ experience.
Additional Education Preferred: Bachelor's/Undergraduate Degree
Field of Study Preferred: Business or Operations Management
Required Computer and Software Skills: Proficient with Google mail and drive and Microsoft Suite.
Travel Requirements: 25%
