  • Overview


    This position is a key member of the Growth and Performance team and will help support the Salesforce processes. This person will be responsible for development, implementation, and support of our existing Salesforce tool.



    • Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
    • Work collaboratively with Key Business Users, IT, and other stakeholders to establish best practices and system change options to ensure functionality meets business needs.
    • Work directly with users to take an idea and turn it into a workable solution. Document these as concise requirements.
    • Analyze impact of changes on our existing implementation for review with Development Leads to ensure compatibility with existing functionality.
    • Develop new functionality (custom objects, workflow rules, VisualForce pages, etc.) leveraging all the standard platform features.
    • Test new functionality (unit test or other administrative and development work).
    • Participate in clean-up activities with team.
    • Troubleshoot and provide end-user support.
    • Create, maintain and update Reports & Dashboards based on user requirements.
    • Work to establish terms of Change Management, Bug/Enhancement Tracking, Sandbox use and deployments that match the agility of changes required by the business.
    • Concisely document Salesforce related processes and make suggestions on best practices.
    • Make suggestions to replace existing complexity with updated SalesForce features such as Process Builder, approval process, quoting, and forecasting.
    • Execute on configuration changes driven by the business and ensure all changes are reviewed by stakeholders, deployed and approved via the Change Management process.
    • Test new functionality and coordinate user acceptance testing efforts.
    • Manage Data Integration.
    • Develop training materials and conduct training workshops for business users.



    • Work closely with Key Business Users, IT, and other stakeholders



    Required Education:  Bachelor or Undergraduate Degree

    Additional Education Preferred:  Master or Graduate Degree

    Field of Study Preferred:  IT, Business, Marketing, Finance

    Required Work Experience:  5 years hands-on experience in developing and deploying Salesforce solutions; sales and marketing experience would be beneficial

    Required Training/Certifications:  SalesForce, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud; combination of ADM 201, ADM 301 and DEV 401 Certification preferred

    Required Computer and Software Skills:  Microsoft Office

    Travel Requirements:  up to 25%
