Working with the Regional Heads and General Managers, the Sales Manager is responsible for developing the market sales strategy and leading, managing, and developing a team of Sales personnel to execute the strategy for the assigned geography. This includes, but is not limited to, the achievement of sales and profitability objectives, the development and implementation of a sound marketing strategy to maximize profitability and efficiencies, the recruitment, training, development and management of a professional sales force, the oversight of customer complaint resolutions and the management of the overall sales area administrative system to support the activities of the area sales.

Required Education: Bachelor's/Undergraduate Degree or at least 5 year ACM Sales experience in addition to required experience in lieu of a degree
