Facilitates the order process through order taking, entry, load scheduling, tendering, acceptance notification, and delivery confirmation.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Required Education: High School diploma/GED
Additional Education Preferred: Bachelor's/Undergraduate Degree
Field of Study Preferred: Logistics/Supply Chain/Customer Service
Required Work Experience: 1-3 years of logistics / customer service experience
Travel Requirements: <5%
Required Computer and Software Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. ERP (SAP in particular) experience preferred. Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems is a PLUS. Cement industry experience preferred.
