    Aggregate Industries is looking to hire Laborers for the Raymond, N.H. aggregates plant.  We are seeking high energy candidates with experience.  Laboreres use a variety of tools and equipment to support production operations, such as shovels, brooms, bobcats, forklifts, levels, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers and water spraying equipment.

    Aggregate Industries is an environmentally responsible producer of high quality construction materials. We operate six regional construction materials businesses and a national Building Materials business in the United States, supplying aggregate-based materials and contracting services to a wide range of projects including large, publicly financed infrastructure projects, commercial, and residential developments. The core business of producing crushed stone and sand and gravel is enhanced by value adding operations that produce ready mixed concrete, asphalt, and concrete products. In addition, recycling, liquid asphalt, soil remediation and retailing operations are also offered in some business regions. 

    Responsibilities

    • Uses shovels or mechanical equipment to remove excess material from beneath the plant

    • Loads and delivers materials

    • Performs light maintenance

    • Lubricates parts

    • Maintain an effective system of communications with supervisors, drivers and crew, peers, operators, and customers serviced.

    • Ensures compliance to all health and safety, environmental, compliance and human resources policies and procedures.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
    • Minimum one year experience performing above-listed duties in a building materials, construction or manufacturing environment.
    • Strong safety orientation.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to speak and read English.
