This position will be responsible for crafting and executing a robust internal communications strategy for LafargeHolcim US that brings our company and culture to life. In addition, this position will work with the Director and US Communications team to build and shape content, channels and corporate initiatives. This role will also provide strategic counsel and guidance to business partners and operational leadership across the US businesses.

Required Education: Bachelor or Undergraduate Degree
Field of Study Preferred: Journalism, Marketing, Communications or English
Required Work Experience: 7 years related experience
Required Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Platform, Adobe Creative Suite
Travel Requirements: up to 25%
