A key senior member of plant staff/leadership team whose responsibilities include helping determine improvement opportunities and setting achievable goals for the site while simultaneously leading efforts toward these goals and improvements on a department level.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Required Education: Bachelor's/Undergraduate Degree
Field of Study Preferred: Engineering, business or related field is preferred.
Required Work Experience: 5-10 years of combined management level and cement industry experience in a site leadership role.
Required Computer/Software Skills: SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Microsoft Project Management
Additional Requirements: Demonstrated strong leadership, team building and communication (verbal and written) skills are required. Knowledge of maintenance planning with the ability to create and implement maintenance and process systems.
