This position drives strategy execution by overseeing and managing all operations within a defined market. The specific areas of focus include, but are not limited to, employee productivity, operational efficiency, customer service levels, and employee retention and satisfaction by maintaining a positive working environment.
RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHER JOBS
Works closely with Regional Manager and interacts and supports Sales, Distribution, and Quality Control on a daily basis.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Required Education: Bachelor's/University Degree
Additional Education Preferred: Master's/Graduate Degree
Preferred field of study: Operations Management, Business, Civil or mechanical engineering or other related discipline or equivalent experience.
Other Training/Certifications Required: Graduate Certificate in Quarry Management & Operations and or Quarry Management Diploma
Required Work Experience: 10-15 years
Travel Requirements: Frequent travel to company and customer sites in the region.
Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Office and SAP
