  • Overview

    PURPOSE

    Responsible to govern the end-to-end planning cycle of business users through Sales, Cost, HR, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet planning.  Also is responsible for the documentation, communication, and management of the EPM (BPC) 10.1 system. 

    Responsibilities

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
    • Manage and maintain master data in BPC and all facets of the BPC web client including data and information requests through use of the BPC application.
    • Communicate status and document system changes including new BPC functionality, enhancements, and improvement for financial reporting.
    • Train users, provide financial analysis, and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
    • Translate business needs into BPC solutions and communicate BPC technical matter in business terminology.
    • Support various monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
    • Assist in financial planning activities with respect to monthly rolling forecasts and mid-term plan.

    Qualifications

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

    Required Education:   Bachelor or University Degree

    Additional Education Preferred:  MBA

    Field of Study Preferred:  Accounting or Finance

    Required Work Experience:  5 – 7 years

    Licenses Preferred:  CPA, CFA, CMA

    Required Computer and Software Skills:  Microsoft Office, SAP, BPC, and EPM

    Travel Requirements:  10%

    • Self-starter, flexible and responsive; able to make independent decisions in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks/assignments with specific deadlines
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers as well as internal and external customers
    • Proficient computer skills including spreadsheets and database applications
    • FP&A experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
